We’re Alison and Julien, the proud founders of this little slice of France in Ireland, with two charming restaurants – one in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, and the other in Dalkey, Co. Dublin. Greystones is Alison’s hometown and she went to school in Dalkey, so both locations hold a special place in our hearts. Since opening our doors in 2015, we’ve poured our passion into creating a warm, welcoming space where families can gather, friends can reconnect, and everyone feels right at home.
Our Passion for Crêpes
Julien, originally from France, has always had a deep passion for crafting delicious crêpes and galettes. His dream of owning a restaurant became a reality when we opened the first La Crêperie Pierre Grise in Greystones.
At La Crêperie, we’re constantly experimenting with new flavours and ingredients to create dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. From sweet crêpes filled with rich chocolates and seasonal fruits to savoury galettes bursting with fresh vegetables and artisanal cheeses, each dish is crafted with care and precision.
